As polished as A Secret Wish was, Propaganda could get edgy, dissonant, and downright freaky on their 12"s with the help of studio wizard and remixer Trevor Horn. Outside World collects some of the best and hardest-to-find mixes into one neat package. It's great for the hardcore, but new fans should not start here. Many of the different titles are actually just different mixes of the same song, with "Dr Mabuse" taking up 20 minutes of the CD alone in its varying shapes and forms.
