Britney Spears: I'm a wreck
In an interview with NBC's Matt Lauer, pop star says paparazzi have crossed the line, but insists her marriage to K-Fed is "awesome."
Despite a slew of reports to the contrary, Britney Spears says her marriage to Kevin Federline is "awesome," and that constant attention from the paparazzi has made her become an "emotional wreck."

Britney and K-Fed.
The 24-year-old pop star answered weeks of heightened media speculation about the state of her marriage by sitting down with Matt Lauer of NBC's Today show, which will air Thursday on Today and Dateline.
Britney told Lauer that K-Fed is not living in the basement, as Us Weekly recently reported. She also defended her parenting skills, saying
"I know I'm a good mom." Her parenting skills have been called into question since she was photographed earlier this year driving a car with her infant son, Sean, on her lap.
"I did it with my dad. I'd sit on his lap, and I drive," the Louisiana native said. "We're country."
Spears said that K-Fed has helped during this trying time.
"He helps me," she said. "He has to. I'm (an) emotional wreck right now."
She partly blamed the paparazzi for that state, saying they have "crossed the line a little bit" by taking photos of her during private moments.
"You have a life," she said she would tell the throngs of photographers who are constantly tracking her every move. "And if you don't, you have to realize that we're people and that we...just need privacy, and we need our respect. And those are things that you have to have as a human being."
One member of the paparazzi, photographer Cullen Reavley, is suing Spears and her mother Lynne, alleging he was seriously injured when Lynne ran over his foot and knocked him down with her car in June 2004. He is seeking an undisclosed sum.
In court papers filed last Tuesday, Reavley claims he suffered injuries to his "head, neck, back, trunk, and extremities, all of which have caused and continue to cause plaintiff great mental, physical, and nervous pain and suffering."

The invite.
In related Britney news, an official invitation to Spears' and K-Fed's fall 2004 wedding has been sold on eBay for $2,150. The invitation, which also comes with a candle from the reception and is embossed with the couple's initials, was purchased by Internet gaming company Goldenpalace.com.
The site has amassed a collection of Britney-related items that includes her home-pregnancy test and a pacifier used by Spears and her younger sister Jamie Lynn, as well as a half-full bottle of water left in the hospital by the pop star last September after she gave birth to Sean.
