MP3 News Breakers: Britney, J-Lo, Justin & Lohan, Radiohead

Baby number two was a surprise, Britney Spears says; J-Lo, former husband's lawyers choose arbitration; former boy-bander blacklists party-girl Lindsay Lohan from concert; others rerecord Radiohead in Lil' Jon, lullaby styles.

Spears didn't plan second child

Britney Spears' second pregnancy with dancer-turned-rapper Kevin Federline "just kind of happened," she said in an interview with People magazine. The 24-year-old singer already has an 11-month-old child, Sean Preston, with Federline, but her second pregnancy came about quickly and unexpectedly.

"It is now starting to get a little tiring, holding [Sean Preston], but the whole pregnancy I've done it a lot because he's very attached," Spears said. "It makes me feel needed and wanted, so I like it too."

Still, after two pregnancies in a row ("I feel like I've been pregnant for 10 years!" she said) Spears is ready for a musical comeback and will start a strict diet and exercise regime to lose the 40-plus pregnancy pounds.

Meanwhile, Spears' husband has told GQ magazine that his perseverance while dating the pop star guaranteed the success of the relationship. "She thought she could play me," Kevin Federline said in the magazine's September issue. "She was playing games, testing me to see where my head is at, see if she could get away with this or that."

But the most startling revelation? That K-Fed got a perfect score when taking the high school diploma-replacement GED. "Not that it's the hardest thing in the world," he added.

J-Lo attorneys: Why go to court?

Attorneys for Jennifer Lopez and her former husband Ojani Noa are in agreement that the two--arguing over Noa's proposed book that discusses the details of their sex life--don't need a judge to settle the dispute. Instead, the former couple will resolve their legal wranglings outside the courtroom through arbitration.

Public records indicated that Noa's book was tentatively titled The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller, according to the Associated Press.

Positive resolutions of Lopez and Noa's legal clashes date back to October 2005. Noa filed a lawsuit alleging he was illegally fired from a managing job at Madre's, a Los Angeles restaurant owned by Lopez. The couple settled, with Lopez paying Noa $125,000--providing he would not "disparage her or make money off disclosure of his relationship with her" in the future, according to the AP. Lopez used an April 10 temporary restraining order to bar Noa from publishing the couple's intimate sex details, and the order was extended on June 30.

After 11 months with Noa, Lopez went on to high-profile relationships with celebrities. She dated rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs for two and a half years, spent less than a year married to dancer Cris Judd, and formed "Bennifer" with actor Ben Affleck before canceling the couple's engagement.

Since then, Lopez, 33, secretly married another celebrity, Puerto Rican singer Marc Anthony, in June 2004 before she announced it in February 2005.

Timberlake bans Lohan, shunned 'NSYNC reunion

Justin Timberlake didn't just refuse to cough up an all-access pass to Lindsay Lohan for his House of Blues show in Los Angeles on Saturday--he barred her from attending the concert at all, according to British newspaper The Sun.

Calling Lohan--infamous for her late-night partying antics--a "socialite ligger," Timberlake's camp explained that his return to making music can't be tarnished.

"The last thing his label wants is Lindsay getting hammered and making a spectacle of herself, taking attention away from Justin and his new album," an anonymous source told the paper. "He has a lot riding on his big comeback and he doesn't need any distractions."

Timberlake is performing new songs in LA from his September-slated album, FutureSex/LoveSounds.

In other Justin news, the former 'NSYNC singer has revealed he refused to take part in a proposed reunion tour of the boy band a few years ago.

"I guess I can take the blame for it," he told MTV. "It's one thing to say, 'Hey, let's get back together and let's do something,' but then you say, 'OK, but what are we going to do?'

"What we did doesn't work now. How would we reinvent what we do? We don't look like we used to, we don't move like we used to, and I'm sure we don't sound like we used to."

Nevertheless, he doesn't regret his boy-band days that shot him to stardom. "[F]or those four or five years, it was crazy and I enjoyed every minute of it."

Radiohead covered on crunk, lullaby records

Although Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke recently released a well-received solo album, and Radiohead is performing Yorke's and the band's tunes on tour, the British quintet hasn't made much collective noise since its last album, 2003's Hail to the Thief.

But Baby Rock Records, a company that plans to turn several famous rock bands' songs into instrumental lullabies for sleepy babies, wants to change that--in a less abrasive way. One of the company's upcoming notable releases is a Radiohead tribute, featuring 11 of the band's classic songs.

The band's songs have been rerecorded with new instruments, such as glockenspiels, vibraphones, mellotrons, which are more soothing than harsh distorted guitars and booming drum kits--although one Radiohead-performed song, "No Surprises," is notable for its use of the xylophone-like glockenspiel percussion instrument.

The lullabies album heavily culls from Radiohead's 1997 multiplatinum breakout, OK Computer, and other singles. Baby Rock Records lists 15 bands on its Web site--including Coldplay, Nirvana, The Beatles, Tool, and Pink Floyd--but hasn't yet released any of the $16.98 discs. The Radiohead disc is set for an August 29 release. The full tracklist of Rockabye Baby! Lullaby Renditions of Radiohead is as follows:

1. "No Surprises" 2. "Let Down" 3. "Subterranean Homesick Alien" 4. "Airbag" 5. "Paranoid Android" 6. "Knives Out" 7. "Karma Police" 8. "There There" 9. "Everything in Its Right Place" 10. "2 + 2 = 5" 11. "Sail to the Moon"

Meanwhile, another Radiohead covers disc is targeted toward a substantially different audience--the Dirty South. DJ Gyngyvytus is releasing a Lil' Jon-inspired, eight-track release of "crunked-up" Radiohead tunes called Skeet Spirit: A Crunk Tribute to Radiohead. The full tracklist is as follows, with corresponding song translations:

1. "Fitter, Hyphier" ("Fitter, Happier") 2. "Skeet Spirit" ("Street Spirit [Fade Out]") 3. "No Sizzuruprises" ("No Surprises") 4. "The National Headbustaz Anthem" ("The National Anthem") 5. "Flamboastin' Android" ("Paranoid Android") 6. "Creepin' (On Dat Ass)" ("Creep") 7. "Talk Show Hoes" ("Talk Show Host") 8. "Snaps Out" ("Knives Out")
