Kanye still 'Gold' on US singles chart

Mariah Carey, Nickelback, Bow Wow, and Black Eyed Peas round out top five.

Kanye West's "Gold Digger" featuring Jamie Foxx logged a fifth consecutive week at No. 1 on the Hot 100 singles chart Thursday, while Mariah Carey's "Shake It Off" was No. 2 for a sixth week, and Canadian rock band Nickelback's "Photograph" rose one place to No. 3.

Bow Wow's "Like You" dropped one to No. 4 while "My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas remained at No. 5, according to data released Thursday.

Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends" and David Banner's "Play" each rose one to Nos. 6 and 7 respectively, while "Soul Survivor" by Young Jeezy featuring Akon soared eight places to No. 8. Carey's former chart-topper "We Belong Together" fell three to No. 9 in its 27th week on the tally.

"Sugar, We're Goin' Down" by Fall Out Boy returned to the top 10 by rising two places to No. 10, having previously peaked at No. 8.

At No. 88, Juelz Santana's "There It Go (The Whistle Song)" was the Hot 100's top debut. Other new entries included Toby Keith's "Big Blue Note" (No. 94), Joe Nichols' "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off" (No. 96), Korn's "Twisted Transistor" (No. 97), Ricky Martin featuring Fat Joe & Amerie's "I Don't Care" (No. 98), and YoungBloodz's "Presidential" (No. 99).

Colombian singer Shakira's "La Tortura" featuring Alejandro Sanz was No. 1 for its seventh consecutive week on the Hot Latin Songs chart and 19th overall. Montgomery Gentry's "Something To Be Proud Of" was No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs roundup for a second week.

Gorillaz' "Feel Good Inc." led the Modern Rock airplay list for an eighth week, and Nickelback's "Photograph" topped the Mainstream Rock airplay chart for a third. Rob Thomas' "Lonely No More" dominated the Adult Contemporary chart for a ninth.
