Country Music Association Awards, set for November 6 in Nashville, also doles out multiple nods to Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, and American Idol winner Carrie Underwood.
Country duo Brooks & Dunn and solo artist Brad Paisley nabbed six Country Music Association Award nominations apiece today, with the duo's Ronnie Dunn landing an additional songwriting nomination to top all artists.

Brooks & Dunn
Both Paisley and Brooks & Dunn were nominated for entertainer of the year, single of the year, music video of the year, and album of the year, among other nominations, while Ronnie Dunn landed a seventh nod for Brooks & Dunn's inspirational song "Believe."
Country Music Association Awards, set for November 6 in Nashville, also tabbed Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, and American Idol winner Carrie Underwood with four nominations apiece. Rascal Flatts and Dolly Parton, who sang with Paisley on his hit "When I Get Where I'm Going," were both nominated for three awards.
"It has felt like a really good year and getting these nominations, it feels really good because it feels like [I've] sort of grown into these clothes a little more, and that to me is one of the greatest feelings I've ever had," Paisley told the Associated Press.
The association announced the nominations in two locations this morning. Paisley and Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles unveiled the nominees for the first five categories live on ABC's Good Morning America in New York, while the rest were revealed from Nashville a bit later.
The awards event will air live on ABC, with Brooks & Dunn hosting the show.
